A Healthier Biscuit, Made Locally, Available at Whole Foods!

I am so excited to try these, not just for me, but for my grandparents, too, who should be avoiding biscuits because of their sodium and transfats. Cathy Dunn, of Lexington, has come up with a fluffy biscuit with all natural ingredients with low sodium and zero transfats! Read the entire article at the Winston-Salem Journal here. Her biscuits are available at Biscuit King restaurant in Lexington,, and four Whole Foods locations in North Carolina, and will soon be available at all NC Whole Foods locations and then the entire South East. I'm adding Cathy to my Christmas card list!
