Turned wood is beautiful. I especially love the rainbow stripes of my wood-turned ice cream scoop ($20) by local artist Bob Holtje. It coordinates well with sprinkles!
Bob's turnings include reasonably-priced handcrafted wooden bowls, pens, toys, boxes, miniatures, wine stoppers, key rings, vases, pepper mills ($45), desk accessories, spoon and knife handles, spinning tops, cutting boards and custom woodturning orders.
