Cherry Bruschetta for Breakfast! (& probably lunch) |
This has been my breakfast for a few days now. It's an adaptation of a recipe from the Whole Foods website. Just spread some chevre on some crusty whole wheat bread (or in my case, whole wheat bagel). Toss some cherries, orange juice and crushed mint together and top the chevre with it. Don't like goat cheese? Cream cheese works just as well!
