Butterflies Flutter By

We are ticking wonderful adventures off our summer list, although the weather did not cooperate with our plans to visit the Blue Ridge Parkway yesterday. 

Recently, we visited All-a-Flutter Butterfly Farm in High Point. They have a great educational presentation, games, picnic area - and we all love the water misters installed since our last sweltering visit. It's a great "farm visit" for the kids. They also offer birthday parties, butterfly garden planting services, butterfly release packages with poems for the occasion on their site, and will even bring the presentation to your location. 

On our last visit. My sweet girl cried at not "catching" a butterfly,
and a kind little girl gave her one.
