"We're all puppets, Laurie. I'm just a puppet who can see the strings."- Dr. Manhattan

Wow! Is this Geek Week or what? Wednesday was Star Wars Day (May the 4th be with you), and tomorrow is Free Comic Book Day! What is Free Comic Book Day? It's the first Saturday in May each year, when participating comic book shops around the world give away comic books absolutely FREE. Check with your local shop for their participation and rules. WHAT IS YOUR FAVORITE COMIC BOOK CHARACTER? I'm a Wonder Woman fan, myself.

Locally that shop is Ssalefish, in the Silas Creek Crossing Shopping Center (Silas Creek & Hanes Mall, where Toys R Us and Marshalls are), where you can get your FREE comic book (one per person) this Saturday from 11 AM - 3 PM! They'll have other sales and surprises going on as well.
